What does CanXSoft do?

CanXSoft is an AI consulting firm in Calgary, Alberta. We help businesses decide where AI makes sense, then design and build it: custom LLM applications, workflow automation and AI agents, cloud AI infrastructure, and AI-powered web and SaaS products.

Where are you based and who do you serve?

We are based in Calgary, Alberta, and work with organizations across Canada and the United States. We work remotely by default and are happy to meet in person with Calgary-area clients.

How much does AI consulting cost?

Cost depends on scope. We quote fixed-scope work for assessments and defined builds, and offer ongoing monthly support for teams that want a steady partner. Every engagement starts with a free consultation and a written proposal, so you know the price before work begins.

How long does an AI project take?

A readiness assessment typically takes a few weeks. A focused first build, such as a document assistant or an automation, can often reach production in one to three months depending on data quality and integrations. We agree on milestones and dates up front.
